What is a Corporate Wellness Staycation:

  • We partner with your organization to establish a workplace wellbeing strategy that helps your employees and your business – all while aligned with your organizations unique purpose, brand, and culture. 

  • Corporate Wellness Staycations are an innovative way to invest into the wellbeing of your employees by connecting them with a support network that will aid and assist them with managing and improving their overall health and wellbeing. 

 

Our 3 Step Approach:

  • Diagnosing Needs 

    • Intake Assessment: We will meet with member(s) of your leadership team (i.e., C-suite, Human Resources, Department Leaders, etc.) to assess the emotional wellness of your company.  During this meeting we will assess the resiliency and wellness of your workforce.  We will help you identify wellbeing opportunities and understand the connection between wellbeing, processes, and employee performance

  • Developing Employee Wellness Plan

    • We partner with you to develop a wellness program that aligns with the identified employee’s needs. By treating the individual needs of your employees, you inevitably improve the overall functioning and performance within your organization. 

  • Implementing Behavioral Change/Modification

    • Wellness Staycation: Our team will equip employees with knowledge and tools to take a more holistic view of wellbeing. Your staycation will be customized based on the identified needs of your organization and can include:

      • Group Therapy (Stress Management, Anger Management, Managing Anxiety, Developing Self-worth & Confidence, etc.)

      • Coping Skills Training (i.e., Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga, Mindfulness Training)

      • Individual Therapy 

      • Group Skills Development Training (Effective Communication, Assertive Communication, Time Management, Work/Home Life Balance, Mind/Body Connection, etc.)

      • Case Management/Psychosocial Rehab (referrals to community resources, healthcare advocacy and education, coordination of supportive services, etc.)

 

Sample Staycation:

8:00 a.m. Trifecta Team arrives onsite to set up 

9:00 a.m. Group Education Session – Understanding the Mind Body Connection: Debunking Fears/Myths about Mental Health & Wellness

9:45 a.m. Group Wellness Activity (i.e., Breath work training, Guided Meditation, Yoga, etc.)

10:30 a.m. Group Therapy (Area of focus based on identified need(s) of your employees)

12:00 p.m. Lunch Break

1:00 p.m. Group Behavioral Modification Skills Lab

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Individual Sessions (30 min sessions)

 

Monthly Support Program (1-4 x/mo.) 

1 Hour Group Wellness Activity (Breath work, Guided Meditation, Yoga, etc.)

1 Hour Group Therapy Session

Individual Therapy Sessions
